This product is primarily used for the removal of paint and plastic powder. At room temperature, it can completely strip various paint and plastic powder coatings within 1 to 3 minutes. It is stable, has low volatility, is cost-effective, highly efficient, and causes minimal harm to the human body. It represents a new technology in paint and plastic powder removal both domestically and internationally.

I. Treatment Methods: Immersion or brushing.

II. Agents Used: For immersion, either the diluted or concentrated type can be used.

For brushing, use the concentrated type.

III. Treatment Tank Material:

The treatment tank can be made of stainless steel, thick-walled plastic board, carbon steel, etc.

V. Preparation and Use of Working Solution:

This product can be used directly. Pour the plastic remover into a container, then add 5-10 ml of water for sealing. Immerse the workpiece with the paint or powder coating to be removed into the solution for treatment.

VII. Precautions for Use:

1. Avoid skin contact with the solution; wear protective rubber gloves during use.

2. Regularly filter out removed paint residues and plastic powder fragments.

3. Cover the container when not in use.

4. For faster treatment, scratch the surface of the coating until the base material is exposed.

5. The usage temperature should not exceed 45°C.

VIII. Replenishment and Adjustment:

The concentration of this product does not change during continuous treatment. When immersion treatment is ineffective, simply add an appropriate amount of paint remover.
