Stainless Steel Sterilizing Filter Product Description:

Filter Concept: A filter is a device used to block contaminants in compressed air and remove moisture.

Main Components: Filter element, filter housing, end cover, threaded rods, etc.

The stainless steel sterilizing filter primarily uses an ultra-large area sterilizing filter element with a quick-connect structure. It has a filtration precision of 0.01μ and is periodically sterilized using 140°C clean steam, effectively removing bacteria and various impurities.

Features of the Stainless Steel Sterilizing Filter:

（1）The sterilizing filter adopts a cross-suspended design with horizontal inlet and outlet. Multi-element filters can be designed as floor-standing models.

（2）Depending on the application, it can be divided into pre-filters and precision filters based on actual needs.

（3）Airflow Direction: From the outside inward through the filter element. Please install according to the arrow direction on the housing label.

（4）Compressed air entering the sterilizing filter must first pass through a precision filter and a dryer.

Remove oil, water, and dust. The oil mist concentration should be ≤0.01PPM; otherwise, it will affect the lifespan of the sterilizing filter element and fail to achieve the expected sterilization effect.

（5）Periodic sterilization: Depending on actual usage, perform 1-2 times per week or month, each time for 30 minutes, using clean saturated steam with a filtration precision of 1μ. Steam temperature <140°C, steam pressure <0.3MPa. Valves must be opened and closed slowly. The sterilization process must be supervised by dedicated personnel.

（6）After 50 steam sterilization cycles or when the pressure difference of the filter element reaches 0.07~1.0MPa, replace the sterilizing filter element with a new one.
