Motor Factory Testing System, uses an industrial control computer for centralized control, completing all test items with a single wiring connection. It integrates measurements for multiple items such as power frequency withstand voltage, ground resistance, motor speed, and no-load test. It features fast testing speed, high precision, ease of use, and good reliability, automatically analyzing and judging test results; it also includes functions such as statistics, storage, and printing of annual, monthly, and daily reports. All parameters of the motor under test can be preset for use during inspection.
I. Main Features
1、Test Items: DC resistance, insulation resistance, inter-turn test, withstand voltage test, no-load test, locked-rotor test
2、DC Resistance: Measures the resistance of the motor winding

3、Insulation Resistance: Measures the insulation resistance between the phase line and the casing
4、Inter-turn Test: Detects inter-turn or inter-layer short circuits, poor insulation, and turn count deviations in motor or transformer coils

5、Withstand Voltage Test: Measures the leakage current between the stator winding and the casing, with programmable withstand voltage and computer-controlled voltage regulation
6、No-load Test: Measures voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency under no-load conditions (suitable for single and three-phase)
7、Locked-rotor Test: Measures voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency under locked-rotor conditions (motor instant start, suitable for single and three-phase)

Automated software and hardware testing process: allows flexible adjustment of test sequence, test duration, and number of test items.

Default test sequence: DC resistance / power frequency withstand voltage test / insulation resistance / inter-turn test / locked-rotor test / no-load test.
IV. System Settings and Alarms
1、Alarms when a test item fails and allows choosing to continue or stop the measurement; if stopping, pressing 'continue' is required to resume testing.

2、System has single and three-phase conversion function (customizable for multiple winding tests).
3、Includes alarm and emergency stop functions.
V. System and Motor Connection

1、System and motor connection can be via terminal blocks or lead wires.
2、All motor leads are connected into the system, and the system automatically switches wiring methods during testing.
