• The miniature pressure sensor amplification line is based on technology developed over many years in the pressure sensor industry. This model provides a ratio 4-volt output with superior output characteristics. The sensor housing is specifically designed to reduce parasitic stress and strain caused by packaging. Additionally, the sensor employs a silicon micromachined stress concentration enhancement structure to provide a highly linear output for pressure measurement. These calibrated and temperature-compensated sensors deliver accurate and stable output over a wide temperature range. Each sensor is internally compensated using ASIC compensation technology. This product series is suitable for non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids such as air and dry gas. Within a supply voltage range of 4.5 to 5.5 volts, the device's output is proportional to the supply voltage.
