Product Introduction: SCL3300-D01 VTI/MuraTa Triaxial Tilt Sensor
The tilt sensor is designed and developed based on 3D MEMS technology, which has been applied in the automotive field, and a self-designed digital ASIC. It is the ideal choice for high-precision level measurement and tilt measurement.
The sensor element and ASIC are encapsulated in a dual in-line package using LPC (Liquid Crystal Polymer) material. All models comply with RoHS standards and are lead-free components suitable for lead-free reflow soldering. Silicone gel is used during encapsulation, resulting in excellent performance and reliability even in high humidity and frequent temperature change environments. The calibration coefficients of the ASIC are stored in the EEPROM memory.
The tilt sensor itself has powerful fault detection functions, including digital self-test, memory parity check, and connection fault detection. These functions effectively ensure the high precision and reliability of measurement results.The tilt sensor product line also includes modules and sub-components.
