Hangzhou Quancheng Textile Co., Ltd. is primarily responsible for the market development and product sales of four large textile enterprises under China Weaving Materials Co., Ltd., including Jiangxi Jinyuan Textile Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Huachun Colored Spinning Technology Development Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Baoyuan Colored Spinning Co., Ltd., and Jiangxi Dexin Textile Co., Ltd. Currently, the sales network covers various regions across the country, offering dozens of types of knitting yarns such as pure polyester, rayon, polyester-viscose, gray melange, and polyester-cotton. 

China Weaving Materials Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as "China Weaving Materials") was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in December 2011 (stock code: 3778), with a total of 1.01 billion shares issued, a market capitalization of HKD 800 million, and raised capital of HKD 150 million. The core operating entity of China Weaving Materials Group is Jiangxi Jinyuan Textile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinyuan"), a leading textile yarn producer in Jiangxi Province. In September 2014, Jinyuan acquired Jiangxi Huachun Colored Spinning Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huachun") for RMB 200 million. In November of the same year, China Weaving Materials issued an additional 126 million shares in Hong Kong, raising HKD 100 million as part of the acquisition funding. Huachun is a large textile yarn manufacturer in Jiangxi Province. The acquisition was completed in January 2015. Through this acquisition, China Weaving Materials Group's production capacity increased from approximately 390,000 spindles to about 690,000 spindles, and yarn output rose from 60,000 tons to over 110,000 tons, further consolidating its position as the leading textile yarn producer in Jiangxi Province and achieving product diversification. In December 2014, Jinyuan established a 51%-owned subsidiary, Jiangxi Xinyuan Special Fiber Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinyuan"), in Fengxin County, Jiangxi Province. Xinyuan will engage in textile fiber production, supplying raw materials to Jinyuan and Huachun, thereby reducing production costs. The establishment of Xinyuan marks the group's initiation of a vertical integration strategy for upstream operations.
