1. Hangzhou Xinlong is the first in the industry to truly achieve full-series micro-heat dryers equipped with a regeneration flow measurement and control device. Precise regeneration flow ensures thorough regeneration.

2. Hangzhou Xinlong micro-heat dryers use independently developed ultra-efficient electric heaters. The precise design ensures full and sufficient contact between the regeneration gas and the heater for heat exchange, with no blind spots, making efficiency far superior to competitors using U-shaped heating tubes. The heating tubes are made of high-temperature-resistant 321 stainless steel, which is the core technology behind Xinlong heaters' durability. All series heaters are equipped with dry-burn protection. If gas fails to enter the dryer or the regeneration gas volume is low with low pressure, the protection system immediately detects and signals to protect the heater, preventing dry-burn damage.

3. Hangzhou Xinlong has long focused on the nitrogen and oxygen generation air separation industry, as well as energy-saving retrofitting for air compressors, with particular emphasis on stability and large flow with ultra-low pressure drop. Valves below DN50 are fully stainless steel pneumatic angle seat valves (special high-frequency valves for nitrogen and oxygen generation), with a lifespan of at least 5 years. The solenoid valves use Airtac valve bodies with imported coils from the Italian brand AMISCO. They fully meet the high-frequency valve and control requirements of the air separation industry, ensuring an exceptionally long service life.
