Structural Characteristics of Ceramic Rubber Sheets

To further enhance the friction of the ceramic drum lining, raised bumps are added to the surface of the ceramic tiles. The design of these bumps increases the friction between the drum and the conveyor belt, preventing belt slippage and misalignment; drainage grooves are designed between each row of ceramics to improve the drum's drainage function; each ceramic tile is bonded to the rubber on five sides, strengthening the adhesion between the drum and the ceramic, thereby extending the service life of the ceramic-lined drum.
