The excellent friction coefficient effectively prevents conveyor belts from slipping in wet and muddy working environments. The semi-vulcanized adhesive layer directly interacts with imported cold vulcanization adhesives, ensuring strong bonding strength between the rubber sheets and the drum. The effective distribution of ceramics reduces the overall material weight, making operation and installation easier, extending the drum's service life, and offering superior cost-performance ratio and excellent water drainage properties. Material waste is minimized. The service life of ceramic rubber sheets is generally 6 to 8 years. Although the initial investment is relatively high, the overall cost-effectiveness is very high.

Precautions for ceramic rubber sheets:

1. The metal primer of ceramic rubber sheets is sensitive to water and should be stored carefully.

2. In low-temperature or humid environments, the adhesive film must be baked, and the curing time should be extended. The longer the curing time, the higher the bonding strength.

3. The adhesive of ceramic rubber sheets must not come into contact with water. The belt to be bonded must be kept thoroughly dry; otherwise, the curing degree and bonding strength may be affected.
