I. Overview

The railway offset gauge is used to measure the offset of the turnout guide curve in standard gauge railways. It is widely used during railway installation or maintenance. The gauge features an aluminum ruler body with a graduated scale and a sliding frame equipped with a vernier, allowing direct measurement of the turnout guide curve offset. Its structure is simple and easy to use.

II. Main Technical Parameters

Railway offset measurement range: 100–1400 mm and 100–1800 mm.

Railway offset indication error: ≤±0.4 mm.

Insulation resistance: Between measuring heads, and between measuring heads and pressure plates, tested continuously for 60 seconds at 500 V, the insulation resistance shall be no less than 1 MΩ.

When the temperature is between -30°C and 55°C, this offset gauge can be used normally in both indoor and outdoor environments.
