Our company has summarized land-based oil-water separation experience and developed the LYSF series land-based oil-water separation unit using advanced processes and equipment tailored for onshore oily wastewater conditions. This unit is a novel, polymer-based coarse-grained oil-water separation device. It features low energy consumption, compact size, and simple operation. It can be widely used in industrial and mining sites, docks, oil depots, oil tanker cleaning wastewater, factory machine repair and machining workshops for workpiece cleaning oily wastewater, auto repair shops, end-of-life vehicle dismantling companies, shipbuilding and repair yards, compressor condensate containing oil, power plants, and various other oily wastewater sources without surfactants. After treatment, the oil content is less than 10ppm, complying with relevant regulations, and the discharged water can be reused.

The LYSF land-based oil-water separator offers advantages such as compact structure, simple operation, easy management, high separation efficiency, and low energy consumption. The treated water can be directly discharged or appropriately reused, and the extracted waste oil can be directly recycled. The unit integrates enhanced gravity separation, coarse-grained separation, and adsorption coalescence treatment processes into a single steel cylindrical structure, combined with a pump, oil storage tank, and electrical control box to form a complete treatment system. The treatment process fully utilizes gravity separation characteristics and the properties of different separation materials, enabling adaptability to various challenging oily wastewater conditions. It is suitable for treating oily wastewater from various oil types without surfactants.
