Injection Solution Preparation Unit

This series of containers is suitable for the preparation of concentrated/dilute solutions in the pharmaceutical industry. The tank is equipped with a jacket for heating and cooling, and the inner surface is finished with electrolytic mirror polishing. The head (conical) is processed by spinning, complying with GMP standards.

This system adopts a closed internal circulation method, configured according to clean area grades, and offers excellent mixing performance. The tank is made of SUS304 or 316L stainless steel, and is equipped with an automatic spray cleaning head, titanium rod filters, microporous filters, 0.22 μm breathers, and other devices to ensure the production process meets cGMP quality standards. The system configuration can be designed according to user production requirements.
