The crystallization tank is manufactured using imported 316L or 304 stainless steel. The inner wall is polished to an electrolytic mirror finish or mechanically polished, while the outer wall is fully welded with 304 stainless steel for insulation, and the outer surface is treated with a mirror or matte finish. A 0.2μm hydrophobic vent filter is installed on the crystallization tank. The tank can withstand high-temperature sterilization at 121°C and is equipped with a sanitary pressure gauge. The tank's external connections use sanitary quick-release fittings. The crystallization tank includes a temperature monitoring device, two sight glasses, a cleaning ball, and a nitrogen inlet. The shaft sealing employs a special sanitary mechanical seal to ensure the material remains uncontaminated. The crystallization tank can be equipped with a variable frequency speed control device, allowing a wide range of adjustable stirring shaft speeds.
