Color steel rock wool sandwich panels use vertically oriented fiber rock wool as the core material, with color steel plates as the surface layer. They are produced through automated continuous forming machines, pressed into shape, and bonded with adhesives. Since both the color steel plate and the core rock wool are non-combustible materials, the panels exhibit excellent fire resistance. The production process of color steel rock wool sandwich panels enables the automated combination of rock wool and steel plates into an integrated unit in the factory, replacing the previous method of on-site composite installation. This meets the requirements of building insulation, thermal insulation, sound insulation, and fire resistance.

Structure

1) Upper and lower surfaces: Made of galvanized color steel plates with a thickness of 0.4-0.8mm. Depending on specific customer requirements, aluminum-zinc coated color steel plates or galvanized steel plates can also be used. The steel plates are first rolled into shape by a forming machine and then combined with rock wool in the factory.

2) Rock wool core material: Rock wool blocks with a density of 80-120kg/m3 are laid in an交錯(cuò) pattern, with the fibers oriented perpendicular to the upper and lower surfaces of the sandwich panel, ensuring tight and full coverage across the entire縱橫 surface. The rock wool blocks and the rock wool with the upper and lower steel plates are bonded together using a foaming agent to form an integrated unit. The production process creates adhesion between the high-density rock wool insulation and the inner walls of the metal plates, giving the rock wool sandwich panel excellent rigidity.
