Purification panels, also known as clean panels, are composite sandwich panels with materials such as color-coated steel plates and stainless steel as the surface panels. Due to their dustproof, anti-static, and antibacterial effects, they are widely used in purification engineering fields with strict indoor environment requirements, such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, food, biology, coating, instrument manufacturing, and scientific research.

Purification panels are divided into machine-made panels and hand-made panels based on the production process.

Machine-made panels: Panel thickness 0.3~0.6mm, core material thickness: 50, 75, 100mm

Effective width: 950, 1150mm

Hand-made panels: Panel thickness 0.4~0.6mm, core material thickness 50, 75, 100mm, standard effective width: Chinese character "中" type 980, 1180mm, non-standard ≤1180mm.

Hand-made rock wool panels are further divided into rock wool hand-made panels, single glass magnesium rock wool hand-made panels, and double glass magnesium rock wool hand-made panels. Rock wool purification panels and their production process are currently an invention. Machine-made rock wool panels use fireproof rock wool as the core material and are composited through a multifunctional continuous production line. Hand-made rock wool panels are processed by machine with double-sided steel plates and surrounding steel strips (enhancing bending resistance through the surrounding steel strips), and then manually glued and filled with core material. Rock wool purification panels meet the requirements of building insulation, heat insulation, sound insulation, and fire resistance.

Hand-made rock wool panels: Thickness 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, width 950mm, 980mm, 1180mm (actual usable area), length customized according to the actual site conditions.

Non-standard panels exist for hand-made panels, and the width can be customized according to actual needs.
