1. Construction Land Soil Testing

Construction land refers to land used for building structures and facilities, including residential land, school land, medical land, park land, industrial land, commercial and service facility land, and public facility land.

Construction land soil testing involves sampling and analyzing soil from construction sites to determine the types and concentrations of pollutants present.

2. Categories

Based on the protection targets, it is divided into:

Type I Land: Urban construction land for residential use, public management and public service land for primary and secondary schools, medical and health land, social welfare facility land, and community parks or children's parks within green spaces.

Type II Land: Urban construction land for industrial use, logistics and storage, commercial and service facilities, roads and transportation facilities, public facilities, public management and public services, as well as green spaces and squares.

3. Service Scope

(1) 45-item soil testing. Includes arsenic, cadmium, chromium, copper, lead, mercury, nickel, chloroform, chloromethane, 1,1-dichloroethane, 1,2-dichloroethane, 1,1-dichloroethylene, cis-1,2-dichloroethylene, trans-1,2-dichloroethylene, dichloromethane, 1,2-dichloropropane, 1,1,1,2-tetrachloroethane, 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane, tetrachloroethylene, 1,1,1-trichloroethane, 1,1,2-trichloroethane, trichloroethylene, 1,2,3-trichloropropane, vinyl chloride, benzene, chlorobenzene, 1,2-dichlorobenzene, 1,4-dichlorobenzene, ethylbenzene, styrene, toluene, m-xylene + p-xylene, o-xylene, nitrobenzene, aniline, 2-chlorophenol, benzo[a]anthracene, benzo[a]pyrene, benzo[b]fluoranthene, benzo[k]fluoranthene, chrysene, dibenz[a,h]anthracene, indeno[1,2,3-cd]pyrene, naphthalene, etc.

Volatile organic compounds: chloroform, 1,1-dichloroethane, 1,2-dichloroethane, 1,1-dichloroethylene, cis-1,2-dichloroethylene, trans-1,2-dichloroethylene, dichloromethane, 1,2-dichloropropane, 1,1,1,2-tetrachloroethane, 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane, tetrachloroethylene, 1,1,1-trichloroethane, 1,1,2-trichloroethane, trichloroethylene, 1,2,3-trichloropropane, vinyl chloride, benzene, chlorobenzene, 1,2-dichlorobenzene, ethylbenzene, styrene, toluene, m-xylene, p-xylene, o-xylene, chlorotoluene, 1,4-dichlorobenzene, etc.;

Semi-volatile organic compounds: nitrobenzene, aniline, 2-chlorophenol, benzo(a)anthracene, benzo(a)pyrene, benzo(b)fluoranthene, benzo(k) fluoranthene, chrysene, dibenz(a,h)anthracene, indeno(1,2,3-cd)pyrene, naphthalene, hexachlorocyclopentadiene, 2,4-, 2,4-dichlorophenol, 2,4,6-trichlorophenol, 2,4-dinitrophenol, pentachlorophenol, etc.;

Organic pesticides: chlordane, p,p'-DDD, DDT, endosulfan, heptachlor, alpha-HCH, beta-HCH, gamma-HCH, hexachlorobenzene, mirex, etc.;
