Features:
The fluid bed granulation unit utilizes a fluidized bed for powder granulation and drying of wet powders. It is a fluidized bed drying and granulation system composed of the main unit GB211C and the accessory GF200.
The drying chamber is made of ultra-hard glass, allowing observation of the fluidized bed state and spray conditions. Additionally, it is very convenient for data verification of flow meters, spray pressure gauges, inlet temperature, and outlet temperature.
With the optional GF300 spray accessory, it can perform both spraying and fluidized bed granulation, offering strong expandability and multiple functions in one machine to meet various experimental needs, effectively saving laboratory space and avoiding multiple purchases, thus reducing costs.
Equipped with a 7-inch large touchscreen, available in Chinese, Japanese, and English languages, making operation simple and convenient.
Automatic lifting function makes installation and removal of the drying chamber easier, and it can be equipped with a new automatic nozzle with a cooling mechanism (optional).
Compatible with both two-fluid and three-fluid nozzles.
Experimental data recording and storage can be achieved (optional function).
Remote control is possible.
Utilizes temperature zone control for faster and more stable heating.
A high-power heater significantly reduces temperature reach time and offers a wider temperature setting range to meet the needs of more sample experiments.
Operability: The drying chamber, cyclone separator, and product collection container can be easily disassembled or cleaned using a quick-connect method.
