The 100L glass reactor supplied by Guangzhou Jincheng Scientific Instruments is primarily used for experiments such as material synthesis, distillation, and concentration. It is a double-layer glass reactor with glass components made of high borosilicate glass, featuring a temperature range of -80°C to 200°C and a pressure range of -0.1 to 0 MPa. It utilizes a self-developed stirring bearing with excellent sealing effect and strong corrosion resistance.
The double-layer speed-adjustable glass reactor has an inner and outer layer. Circulating liquid at a specific temperature is introduced into the inner layer to regulate the material temperature inside the reactor. The triple-layer speed-adjustable glass reactor has two glass jackets. The inner jacket is used to introduce circulating liquid at a specific temperature to adjust the material temperature inside the reactor. The outer jacket is evacuated to a vacuum state using a vacuum pump to achieve insulation.
Technical Features of the Speed-Adjustable Glass Reactor:
All glass components are made of high borosilicate glass 3.3, offering excellent physical and chemical properties.
Applicable temperature range: -80°C to 200°C.
Applicable pressure range: -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
The jacket inlet and outlet are connected with stainless steel hoses to eliminate stress at the ports.
No-residue discharge valve.
The frame is made of SUS304 + carbon structural steel with spray coating + aluminum plate 6061-F with spray coating, providing strong corrosion resistance and easy cleaning and maintenance.
Brushless DC stirring motor, stepless speed adjustment, LED display showing torque, temperature, time, and speed.
The operation box comes standard with an RS485 communication interface for data transmission.
Self-developed stirring bearing with excellent sealing effect.
The stirring paddle blades are made of PTFE material; the stirring shaft is made of SUS304, coated with PTFE, offering high strength and strong corrosion resistance.
