The user-friendly design of the YC-019A pilot-scale organic solvent spray dryer makes all functions easy to select and adjust, quickly achieving spray drying conditions. The nozzle is a concentric type, ensuring no eccentricity during atomization that could cause spraying onto the bottle wall. The nozzle can be moved vertically after installation to optimize atomization position and improve spray drying效果. Standard with a 2.0mm nozzle, other sizes are optional.

During operation, if the oxygen content exceeds the set value, the system will automatically shut down to ensure safety. The system features a built-in condensation recovery system for organic solvents, effectively recovering solvent vapors generated during material drying to ensure system safety.
