Tank Fluidizer Main Types of Fluidization Devices
Fluidizers and fluidization devices can be categorized into the following types based on structure, function, and application scenarios:
1. Structural Classification
Single Fluidization Device
Circular Fluidized Bed: Suitable for vertical tanks, with two types of porous plates—conical plates (cone angle 120°–150°) and flat circular plates. Conical plates are ideal for bottom discharge, while large cone angles (>150°) are suitable for top discharge.
Square/Rectangular Fluidized Bed: Square types are used for multi-bin tanks, and rectangular types for horizontal inclined tanks.
Y-Shaped Fluidized Bed: Specifically designed for horizontal tanks.
Composite Fluidization Device
Combines multiple single devices (e.g., rectangular + circular), integrating both fluidization and conveying functions, commonly used in horizontal drum-shaped tanks.

2. Functional Classification
Silo Fluidizer: Installed at the lower part of the hopper, it introduces air through porous plates to fluidize powdered materials and prevent bridging.
Vibrating Fluidized Bed: Combines vibration and airflow, suitable for materials prone to caking.
Pulsed Fluidized Bed: Enhances fluidization effects through periodic airflow pulses.

3. Application Scenario Classification
Drying Fluidized Bed: Such as single/multi-layer cylindrical fluidized beds, used for drying materials like polytetrafluoroethylene.
Reaction Fluidized Bed: Such as catalytic cracking fluidized beds, which facilitate gas-solid reactions through gas distribution plates.
Biological Fluidized Bed: Includes liquid-fluidized beds (two-phase), gas-fluidized beds (three-phase), and mechanically agitated fluidized beds.
4. Special Types
Inert Particle Fluidized Bed: Uses inert particles as carriers for processing high-viscosity materials.
