Functional Positioning
Installed at the outlet main pipe of the injection tank, it dilutes high-concentration pulverized coal into a uniform dense-phase solid-gas two-phase flow by supplementing gas, enhancing conveying stability and disrupting potential columnar structures that may form inside the pipeline.
By adjusting the amount of supplemented gas, it indirectly controls the coal injection rate to adapt to changes in production demands.
Working Principles
Adjustable Structure:
Composed of an inner pipe (for coal powder transport) and an outer annular pipe (for gas supplement channel), it precisely regulates the amount and flow velocity of supplemented gas by rotating a circular nut to change the width of the annular gap;
The supplemented gas mixes circumferentially with the pulverized coal in the form of a swirling jet (at an angle of approximately 15°~30°), avoiding pulsation phenomena and improving mixing uniformity by 40%.
Non-Adjustable Structure: Simple in design and low in cost, but with a fixed amount of supplemented gas, suitable for scenarios with stable operating conditions.
