Process Features

Structural Features

1. The inner chamber is made of 2.0mm stainless steel plate, and the outer chamber is processed and formed with 1.2mm thick A3 iron plate; the outer chamber and inner liner are insulated with rock wool, insulation layer thickness: 120mm.

2. The entire machine casing is treated with high-temperature electrostatic spraying, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. Uses RKC70 type temperature controller, LED digital display for setting, PID automatic calculation and correction setting, equipped with 0.6 core thermocouple and contactor output, ensuring high temperature accuracy, stable operation, low failure rate, and easy maintenance.

3. Utilizes heat energy reflection and heat conduction principles, and is designed with an air preheating duct, achieving over 20% energy saving.

4. Unique air duct and heating design, faster hot air circulation, higher drying efficiency, effectively saving energy.

5. This product features automatic constant temperature, automatic exhaust, over-temperature timed alarm and power cutoff, leakage protection, and other functions.

6. The oven door is reasonably designed with good sealing performance, low surface temperature, wear resistance, no deformation, and long service life.

7. Precise temperature control, good insulation performance, and uniform drying of materials.
