The equipment adopts various heating methods such as steam, gas, electromagnetic, and electric heating thermal oil, allowing customers to freely choose.

Gas heating: Can be heated by natural gas or liquefied gas, convenient to use, not controlled by factory voltage.

Electromagnetic heating: Fast temperature rise, energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and pollution-free, saving 20%-30% more electricity than ordinary electric heating.

Steam heating: Low operating cost, but not suitable for high temperatures.

Electric heating thermal oil: Heat is generated by heating thermal oil through electric heating tubes, featuring large heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, and easy control of heating temperature.

The pot body is made of a hemispherical stainless steel pot formed by one-time stamping in Yixing, with small overall roundness error, ensuring the pot is smooth and flat.

The stirring blades are made of high-strength polytetrafluoroethylene, wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, non-toxic, and meet food production requirements. The high fit between the scraper and the pot body ensures more thorough bottom scraping, reducing the likelihood of scorching.

The stirring method adopts a special inclined transmission, allowing the stirrer to fully contact the pot body, achieving a non-integer transmission ratio of the stirrer's revolution and rotation, eliminating dead angles in the pot.

After the material is stir-fried, the pot can be manually tilted for discharging, with the pot body able to tilt about 75°.
