The binder for dust pelletization is primarily composed of organic materials, with added tackifiers, reinforcing agents, modifiers, and other raw materials. It is a composite binder produced through a series of processes, containing high-adhesion components, calcium oxide resistance components, and high-temperature resistance components. It features low dosage, strong adhesion, high forming rate, and excellent strength.

Good applicability Suitable for zinc-rich blast furnace dust, electric furnace dust, converter dust, etc.

Strong adhesion Contains high-adhesion components, low dosage, high viscosity, high pellet forming rate, good cold strength. The prepared pellets are high-temperature resistant, reduce powdering rate,

and meet the requirements for zinc removal in rotary hearth furnaces.

Calcium oxide resistance Can bind with calcium oxide present in zinc-containing dust, enabling the formed pellets to resist cracking, disintegration, and powdering caused by residual calcium oxide.

Excellent performance Each ton of binder produces 25-35 tons of steel mill dust pellets, with a forming rate of 98%. Wet pellets remain intact after two drops from 1.5m, and dried strength can reach 50kg.

Recommended usage method:

Direct addition of dry powder: Evenly mix the binder into the material. The ratio of material to binder is generally 100:3. The amount of binder added may vary depending on the material particle size and

specific surface area.
