H-Type Polyurethane Cleaner  
H-Type Polymer Polyurethane Cleaner is suitable for removing materials adhering to the belt at the unloading drum. It can be divided into bidirectional and unidirectional cutter heads and belongs to the primary cleaner. It automatically adjusts the contact pressure between the cleaner scraper and the conveyor belt, ensuring that the force between the scraper and the running belt remains within an appropriate range. This ensures thorough cleaning without damaging the belt. The scraper material is made of polymer polyurethane, which has low friction coefficient, high wear resistance, high strength, and stable cleaning performance. It is corrosion-resistant, fracture-resistant, and does not damage the belt. Suitable for conveyor belts in industries such as power, metallurgy, and mining. Its service life is 3–4 times longer than that of alloy rubber cleaners.
Installed slightly below the centerline of the head drum, its scraper is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, hydrolysis-resistant, and does not damage the belt, extending the belt's service life.
