This product uses two types of scraper blades: one is a highly wear-resistant special hard alloy, and the other is a wear-resistant rubber scraper blade. The buffering effect can automatically adjust the contact pressure between the scraper blade and the belt, ensuring thorough cleaning without damaging the belt. Installation, adjustment, and replacement are convenient, which can eliminate environmental pollution, reduce maintenance workload for workers, and extend the service life of the belt. The O-type cleaner is installed and adjusted during the installation of the main machine. First, determine the installation position, weld the front hanger rod to the triangular plate of the cleaner, then weld the crossbeam to the frame. The adjustment screw of the front hanger rod rests on the crossbeam to adjust the distance between the scraper and the belt. The rear hanger angle iron is welded under the frame channel steel, supporting the tail of the cleaner for automatic adjustment. The empty section cleaner is located at the tail of the belt conveyor, cleaning the non-working surface of the conveyor belt and scraping off accumulated material and debris from the back of the belt to prevent them from being carried into the tail roller. Empty section cleaners come in several types, including V-type, O-type, Y-type, and斜式 (inclined type).
