Polyurethane cleaners effectively remove fine particles and wet, sticky materials remaining on the belt. The pre-pressure regulator ensures stable contact pressure between the blade and the belt. The blade surface consists of multiple narrow polyurethane scrapers with hollow buffer holes, providing excellent adaptability to various belts.
No blade bouncing: The blade and fixed seat are combined with a dovetail groove and equipped with a clearance-eliminating tightening device. The three-layer blade set features a detachable fixed seat that can be replaced from the side of the hopper, making installation or maintenance very convenient. Blade seat replacement is simple and fast: It can be pushed from the side of the discharge hopper to achieve stable contact pressure, with fine-tuning available if necessary.
Polyurethane cleaners have a long service life: Low and stable contact pressure between the blade and the belt not only maintains excellent scraping performance but also effectively extends service life. The blades typically last 1-3 years and do not damage the belt.
