I. Overview Our unit produces and develops a fully automatic hydraulic alignment device that requires no power supply. When the belt deviates, it contacts the drive wheel to generate power, which drives the oil pump to pressurize and transmit through the oil circuit to the valve body and then into the oil cylinder, causing the oil cylinder piston rod to extend or retract. This drives the alignment idler frame to correct the belt. At this time, the movement direction of the alignment idler frame forms a certain angle with the belt, and the alignment idler generates friction with the deviating belt, keeping the belt centered and achieving the purpose of automatic belt alignment. The fully automatic hydraulic belt alignment device adjusts automatically under hydraulic force, with reliable working performance. Our factory provides on-site installation guidance. It can perform bidirectional alignment correction. The fully automatic hydraulic belt alignment device requires no daily maintenance, can be installed and used in any location, is resistant to water, dust, and materials, and causes no damage to the belt. II. Composition and Principle         The aligner consists of a detection drive wheel, oil pump, oil cylinder, hydraulic valve body components, and frame. When the belt runs off-center, it contacts the detection drive wheel, which drives the oil pump to pressurize. Through the integrated circuit of the valve body and programmed control, the oil cylinder piston rod extends or retracts, driving the aligning idler frame to deflect in the predetermined direction. At this time, the linear movement direction of the aligning idler forms an angle with the belt's movement direction, and the friction generated between them drives the belt to run centered, achieving the purpose of automatic random correction of belt deviation.
