Application Range
1. All gates are suitable for bulk materials with a bulk density of≤2.5t/m3, such as ores, coal, coke, slag, chemical products, etc. For highly corrosive or high-temperature conditions, gate materials can be replaced. In explosive environments, useXDGB type electro-hydraulic push cylinders orDYQB type explosion-proof electro-hydraulic rotary actuators.
2. Three-way diverters(A andB type) can be directly connected to the lower part of the belt conveyor head chute or other equipment discharge interfaces.C,D,E type three-way diverters have the same connection method but are generally used for materials with a bulk density of≤2.8t/m3, high abrasiveness, and harsh working conditions. They have larger structural dimensions (thicker lining plates), are heavier, and require additional support based on actual conditions.A,B,C,D,E type three-way diverters can achieve bidirectional material switching and diversion.
