Integrated Electro-Hydraulic Cylinder

The electro-hydraulic cylinder is primarily composed of six basic elements: its installation form, motor protection level, rated output force, stroke, operating speed, and usage angle. It can also be equipped with three adjustment functions based on user-specific requirements: speed adjustment, stroke adjustment (limit switch positioning), and output force adjustment. It offers the following advantages: 1. Capable of starting under load, whereas electric cylinders struggle. 2. Features overload protection, preventing damage to the motor and components. 3. The push and pull forces of the same electro-hydraulic cylinder can be steplessly adjusted, providing a wide range of driving force, which electric cylinders and pneumatic cylinders cannot achieve. 4. With the same thrust and speed, it consumes far less electricity than electric cylinders. 5. Utilizes full hydraulic transmission, ensuring sensitive action, smooth operation, effective buffering of external impact forces, and precise stroke control, which pneumatic and electric cylinders cannot match. 6. Employs an integrated, fully enclosed mechanical-electrical-hydraulic structure, compact in size, leak-free, easy to install and maintain. Dust-proof, waterproof, internally rust-resistant, with a longer service life than others. 7. Lower investment; pneumatic cylinders require an air compressor station, hydraulic cylinders need a hydraulic station, whereas electro-hydraulic cylinders require no auxiliary equipment.
