Suspended grinder, also known as hanging grinder, mainly has two models:MC3140 andM3140, where“31” is the general term for suspended grinders

,Suspended grinder is mainly used for grinding stainless steel, titanium ingots, alloy steel, special steel, steel ingots, and various metal cracks, carbon inclusions, burrs, etc.

Suspended Grinder Safety Operating Procedures

1. Before use, check whether the hanging object is secure.
2. When using for the first time, observe whether the motor is reversing. Under normal circumstances, the grinding sparks are sprayed towards the motor direction. Otherwise, immediately shut down and check if the circuit is normal.
3. After starting the grinder, grinding should only begin once the grinder is rotating smoothly. If the grinder vibrates significantly, stop and rectify it in time.
4. Do not apply excessive force during grinding.
5. According to the grinding wheel's instructions, choose a grinding wheel that matches the spindle speed of the grinder.
6. New grinding wheels must have a factory certificate or inspection test mark. If defects such as quality, hardness, granularity, or visible cracks are found before installation, do not use it.
7. When installing the grinding wheel, the clearance between the inner hole of the grinding wheel and the spindle should not be too tight. It should meet the technical requirements of a loose fit, generally controlled between0.05?/FONT>0.10 millimeters.
