Dispersant PO-1 is a phosphorus-free, nitrogen-free, oxygen-containing natural polymeric surfactant with superior dispersing and emulsifying properties. It combines excellent surface activity with the emulsifying capability of sodium tripolyphosphate, commonly referred to as an "amphoteric material," making it an ideal component for producing medium to high-temperature phosphorus-free degreasing powders/oil-removal powders. Due to its strong chelating and exchange effect with active ions on metal surfaces, it helps reduce defect rates in subsequent treatments.

Product Applications

4. Utilized in cathode electroplating, electrophoresis, and cleaning spray coating.
Usage Method
Combine with various inorganic salts (sodium hydroxide, soda ash, etc.) to formulate high-quality cleaners and electroplating degreasing powders. Recommended formulation content: 6-15%.
Packaging and Storage
1. Typically packaged with an inner plastic film lining and outer paper drum, net weight 25kg ±0.5kg per bag.
2. This product is non-toxic and non-flammable; store away from rain and moisture. If caking occurs, it can be crushed or dissolved into a solution without affecting performance.
