[Product Information]
This product is a synergist suitable for red phosphorus flame retardant in PA6, with its main component being a hydroxy silicate complex. Flame retardant mechanism of red phosphorus in PA66: PA66 decomposes upon heating and combustion to generate adipic acid, which further forms pentanone. Pentanone then chars with polyphosphoric acid and pyrophosphoric acid produced by the decomposition of red phosphorus. However, PA6 does not produce dicarboxylic acid, and using red phosphorus masterbatch alone for flame retardant in PA6 easily causes dripping, making it difficult to achieve V-0 flame retardancy at 2.0 mm or thinner. This product does not contain zinc borate, eliminating the risk of zinc borate precipitation.

1. Reduces the amount of red phosphorus used and significantly improves the flame retardant efficiency of the product.
2. High oxygen index and low smoke density.
3. Good stability and non-migratory properties.

1. When using volumetric feeding, the red phosphorus masterbatch tends to sink; ensure uniform feeding.
2. It is advisable to use a medium-intensity screw.
3. The amount of flame retardant used can be adjusted appropriately based on specific needs.
4. It is not recommended to add polyolefin-based toughening agents in the entire system, as they can severely affect the flame retardant effect. If toughening agents must be added, please consult our technical department.
5. This product is not recommended for use in PA66 reinforced flame retardant systems. If needed, please conduct experiments independently.
[Product Packaging, Transportation, and Storage]
This product is packaged in paper-plastic composite bags, 25KG/bag. Handle and store as general chemical raw materials. After opening, please seal and store at room temperature; it can be stored for two years.
