Product Description: NIKO Niko Lever Float Steam Trap (High Capacity) can rapidly and continuously discharge saturated condensate, ensuring no water accumulation in heating equipment, thereby achieving maximum heating efficiency. The valve core and seat sealing surface are made of cobalt-chromium-tungsten alloy, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and durable. The sealing method adopts a hemispherical structure, finely matched for excellent sealing performance. The hemispherical sealing surface avoids concentrated wear during operation, extending service life. The float drives the lever to automatically adjust the opening of the drain valve seat hole, ensuring continuous operation and stable performance unaffected by steam pressure changes. The Y-series components can automatically discharge non-condensable cold and hot gases, preventing airlock and ensuring excellent non-condensable gas discharge performance. The drain valve seat hole is always below the condensate water level, forming a water seal that prevents fresh steam leakage during operation. Continuous condensate discharge ensures smooth water flow, making it particularly effective in condensate recovery systems.
NIKO Niko Lever Float Steam Trap (High Capacity) Selection Criteria: Condensate load (discharge capacity) kg/h*, maximum working pressure, working pressure difference, valve body material and nominal pressure, connection type and size. The selection factor for condensate load is generally between 2~3. Working Principle: At startup, the automatic air vent is in the open state, quickly discharging non-condensable gases from the system. When steam and hot condensate enter, the temperature in the valve cavity rises, and the air vent automatically closes. The float rises and falls with the water level, driving the lever to adjust the opening of the valve seat hole for continuous condensate discharge. When non-condensable water stops entering, the float descends by its own weight, driving the lever to close the valve seat hole. Since the valve seat hole is below the condensate water level, a water seal is formed, preventing fresh steam leakage during operation.
