Product Description:NIKONiko Inverted Bucket Internal Thread Steam Trap features a cobalt-chromium-tungsten alloy sealing surface, ensuring a long service life. The valve seat and spherical valve core are made of high-quality alloy, offering wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and durability. The spherical valve core provides excellent sealing performance, as it is precision-ground and matched with the valve seat in a mechanical device, ensuring good sealing, no concentrated wear during operation, and extended service life. It has excellent air venting performance, with overflow vent holes on the inverted bucket to effectively prevent steam locking and air blocking. It allows a backpressure rate (90%) and is resistant to water hammer; the open bucket structure prevents damage from water hammer. Maintenance is simple, as the internal components are made of stainless steel and installed on the valve cover, with a filter screen device for easy daily maintenance. An inverted bucket steam trap with an internal check valve is available. The inverted bucket steam trap with an internal check valve is an ideal choice for low superheat steam conditions.

The selection multiple for condensate load is generally between 2-3. The opening and closing of the inverted bucket steam trap are based on the density difference between condensate and steam, ensuring accurate and reliable operation.
