I. Main Uses and Features:
1. This instrument is used for rapid analysis and quality control of molten iron composition in front of the casting furnace. It features anti-electromagnetic interference, dustproof, ultra-thin portable design, economical and practical, and easy operation.

It operates through an improved evaluation method, automatically controlling key metallurgical parameters, compensating for the inability of "spectroscopy" to accurately measure non-metallic elements (C, Si), and addressing the inability of conventional analytical instruments to meet the time requirements for rapid analysis in front of the furnace, thus meeting the quality control requirements of casting production.
3. The instrument uses high-brightness, large-size LED digital displays, allowing measurement data to be easily read from the LED screen even in dim lighting conditions.
4. The instrument automatically measures gray and white solidified cast iron, eliminating the need for manual operation. It can connect to external output devices for signals and measurement data (large remote displays, signal lights, computers, printers).
