I. Main Features

1. Used for analyzing ferrous metal ores (iron ore, manganese ore, chromite, etc.), non-ferrous metal ores (copper ore, lead ore, zinc ore, molybdenum ore, tin ore, etc.), rare earth metal ores, dispersed ores, raw material ores, refractory material ores, non-metallic ores, and other minerals. The complete set of instruments can analyze elements and their compounds in minerals such as manganese, silicon, phosphorus, copper, aluminum, iron, titanium, chromium, nickel, molybdenum, vanadium, lead, zinc, tin, rare earths, magnesium, cobalt, cadmium, arsenic, antimony, bismuth, tungsten, etc.

2. Brand computer controls, collects, processes, stores, and outputs test data; 19# LCD display operation interface; desktop printer prints date, furnace number, test results, and other data reports; and the test report format can be customized according to the actual needs of each unit.

3. The number of test curve storage can be set arbitrarily, suitable for the analysis and detection of multiple elements without replacing components, with a wider analysis range, convenient and fast.

4. The instrument's zero point and full scale are detected in real-time by the computer and automatically adjusted, eliminating the trouble of manual repeated calibration operations.

5. Uses cold light source technology, with stable data and no thermal drift, low power consumption, solving the drawback of thermal light sources being easily damaged and requiring frequent replacement.

6. External sample dissolution, simple and flexible operation, no pipeline or solenoid valve corrosion and aging issues, extending the instrument's service life.
