Medium and High Chromium Cast Iron Molten Iron Carbon-Chromium Rapid Analyzer

Introduction

Used for rapid determination of carbon equivalent (CEL), carbon content (C%), and chromium content (Cr%) in medium and high chromium cast iron molten iron at the furnace front. Non-professionals can operate it after simple training; equipped with multiple detection lines (i.e., material or product names, which users can add arbitrarily according to the actual situation of their company). Selecting the appropriate detection line for different grades of molten iron and the actual conditions of each factory can make the detection results more accurate.

Main Functions

1. Determination of carbon (C%), chromium (Cr%), and carbon equivalent (CEL)

2. After the composition measurement is completed, the system automatically calculates the adjustment amount of the alloy based on the target values of carbon and chromium content preset by the user;

3. Measurement results are automatically saved;

4. Historical cooling curves and historical measurement results can be reproduced at any time;

5. Measurement data can be exported to Excel for data analysis, or the measured data can be copied to an office computer via USB interface for storage and analysis;

6. Comes with a powerful and user-friendly ingredient calculation software.

Special Features

After the composition measurement is completed, users can modify the target values of carbon and chromium content according to product requirements to recalculate the adjustment amount of the alloy, making the adjusted molten iron composition better meet product requirements.
