I. Application Fields

Suitable for quantitative analysis and determination of multiple elements in materials such as steel and its alloys in industries including iron and steel, metallurgy, foundry, machinery, chemical, mining, construction, environmental protection, as well as in higher education institutions, research institutes, and quality supervision departments.

II. Main Features

1. Used for analyzing the content of elements such as manganese, phosphorus, silicon, chromium, nickel, molybdenum, vanadium, titanium, aluminum, copper, rare earth, magnesium, etc., in steel and its alloy materials.

2. Utilizes "intelligent dynamic data capture" and "nonlinear regression of standard curves" technologies, featuring power-off data protection and self-diagnostic functions.

3. Controlled by a new single-chip microcomputer with data processing capabilities, capable of storing 15 modifiable standard sample curves, offering a wider analysis range.

4. Automatic zero and full-scale detection and adjustment, eliminating the need for repeated manual calibration; test results are digitally displayed and directly readable, with automatic printing of results, date, and furnace number.

5. Equipped with 32 tactile keys with audio prompts, enabling one-key operation for functions, reducing the need for key combinations, making it simple and easy to learn.

6. Employs cold light source technology, ensuring stable data without thermal drift and lower power consumption, overcoming the drawback of frequent replacement due to the susceptibility of thermal light sources to damage.

7. External sample dissolution, offering simple and flexible operation, no issues with pipeline or solenoid valve corrosion and aging, extending the instrument's service life.

8. By changing the cuvette, adjusting the sample weight, and rationally utilizing curves, the variety and concentration range of measurable elements can be expanded.

9. Suitable for multi-element analysis in materials such as pig iron, ductile iron, alloy cast iron, carbon steel, and low to high alloy steels.
