The HSY-3536D-4 fully automatic open-cup flash point tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the national standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T 3536-2008 "Petroleum Products—Determination of Flash and Fire Points—Cleveland Open Cup Method". It is suitable for determining the Cleveland open-cup flash and fire points of petroleum products, excluding fuel oil, with an open-cup flash point above 79°C, as per the methods stipulated in this standard. This instrument is widely applicable in the petroleum, railway, aviation, and power industries, as well as in related universities, research institutes, oil testing units, and departments for detecting the open-cup flash and fire points of petroleum products. It serves as an ideal substitute for similar imported instruments.

I. Main Technical Features and Functions

1. The instrument features a large color LCD screen display, touch-screen keyboard, and a fully Chinese human-machine dialogue interface. It provides prompt menus and guided input methods for parameters such as expected flash point, sample number, atmospheric pressure, and test date.

2. It simulates and tracks the functional curve of temperature rise versus test time, includes Chinese error operation software prompts for modification, and offers parameter prompts for test date and test time.

3. Dual-purpose functionality: it can automatically and as required complete the detection of sample flash and fire points.

4. Equipped with an RS232 serial communication interface, it can connect externally to USB and store 256 sets of historical data. It enables communication with computers for large-capacity test result storage. Special orders can also support remote network communication functionality.

5. Automatically corrects the impact of atmospheric pressure on the test and calculates the correction value.       

6. Differential detection with automatic system deviation correction.

7. Automatically completes sweeping, detection, and data printing, with the test arm automatically rising and falling.              

8. Uses electronic ignition gas flame, and after each test, automatically forces air cooling to shorten waiting time.

9. Designed with a safety fire extinguishing cover, which automatically extinguishes the flame after fire point detection is completed.
