The first phase of the project covers a total area of 87,000 square meters, with a total investment of 200 million yuan upon completion and operation. The second phase involves a construction area of 54,000 square meters, with preparations and construction planned to start in April 2020. The construction period is 12 months, and the total investment for this phase upon completion and operation is 570 million yuan.
