XK-G Tubular Microporous Aerator 、XK-R Type Variable Microporous Aeration Hose

    In recent years, tubular microporous aerators have been widely used in domestic and international wastewater treatment projects. This aeration system eliminates the need for aeration branch pipes, thereby saving on system investment costs. The XK-G Tubular Microporous Aerator features a specially designed membrane smoothly wrapped around the outer surface of the support tube, which is made of ABS or UPVC material, with both ends secured by locking rings. The XK-R Type Variable Microporous Aeration Hose is directly made of a flexible tubular body using chemically reinforced modified plastic material. It employs a novel concept—variable pores, thin walls, straight channels, and the slit principle—expanding during aeration and collapsing when not in use, to a certain extent preventing sludge backflow. Meanwhile, the aeration tube has pores on its 360° surface, enabling full aeration and producing medium and micro bubbles in the water. This not only scours viscous sludge but also allows bubbles to rise and release slowly, ensuring uniform gas distribution and high oxygen utilization efficiency.
