The elastic three-dimensional filler selects several high-quality varieties from polyolefins and polyamides that are corrosion-resistant, temperature-resistant, and aging-resistant. It is blended with additives such as hydrophilicity, adsorption, and heat-oxygen resistance. Using a special wire drawing and filament texturing process, the filaments are interlaced and fixed onto a corrosion-resistant, high-strength central rope. Due to the excellent material selection and process formulation, the filler has a proper balance of rigidity and flexibility, allowing the filaments to radiate in a uniform three-dimensional arrangement. This forms a suspended three-dimensional elastic filler unit. Within the effective area, the filler can spread uniformly in all directions, enabling thorough mixing and exchange of gas, water, and biofilm. The biofilm not only adheres evenly to each filament, maintaining good activity and variable porosity, but also acquires an increasingly larger specific surface area during operation, facilitating excellent metabolism. This characteristic and phenomenon are currently unmatched by other domestic fillers.

Compared to rigid honeycomb fillers, the three-dimensional elastic filler has greater variable porosity and does not clog. Compared to soft fillers, it has a longer material lifespan and does not adhere or form clumps. Compared to semi-soft fillers, it offers a larger specific surface area, faster biofilm attachment, and lower cost. Therefore, this filler can be confirmed as the fourth-generation high-efficiency, energy-saving, and innovative filler following various rigid, soft, and semi-soft fillers.
