1、Technical Innovation Points:

HX-106-1RW Food Sulfur Dioxide Tester includes:Heating control unit, built-in cooling water self-circulation unit, intelligent distillation endpoint control unit, anti-suction protection unit, steam condensation unit.

1. The heating device uses a bowl-shaped far-infrared ceramic ware suitable for round-bottom flasks, with high thermal radiation efficiency and low power consumption; single-hole heating power ≤ 400W;

2 The heating area is designed with thermal insulation to prevent heat loss, ensuring uniform and stable heating of samples;

3 The heating system is designed with micro-boiling and full-boiling control modes, automatically adjusting the heating rate based on different sample boiling points to ensure stable distillation and controlled sample boiling;

4 The main unit includes a built-in cooling water tank (approx. 30L), with the entire cooling circulation system (compressor refrigeration) built-in;

5 The main unit is equipped with a rotameter for individually adjusting nitrogen flow rate per hole, with a flow control range of 60-600ml/min;

6The distillation endpoint control unit uses pressure sensor technology, allowing individual setting of distillate volume or weight per hole for intelligent distillation operations, with a range of 1-500ml;

7 Audible and visual alarm prompts at the end of distillation.

8 To improve distillation efficiency, the steam area and cooling area are separately designed, with the steam chamber located outside the cooling water chamber, using double-layer vacuum technology. The upper part of the condenser tube is equipped with a ground glass stopper for easy cleaning.
