▍ Working Principle

The working principle of the micro S-type force sensor is based on strain gauge technology. The sensor contains an elastic body and a set of resistance strain gauges inside. When an external load acts on the elastic body, it undergoes strain, causing a change in resistance value. By measuring this change, the applied force or weight can be calculated.
