Q: I don't have CAD, can you still do it?
A: If you don't have CAD, you can also provide hand-drawn schematic diagrams. However, when drawing by hand, the customer needs to sketch the room layout, the number of cabinets, their arrangement and positions, as well as the length and width of the room. Essentially, anything that needs to be placed in the room, such as equipment or furniture, should be drawn out for reference during the design process.
Q: I've never drawn before, how should I draw it?
A: Simply take a piece of white paper, A4 or A3 size, and use a pen to sketch the room—just a rectangle or square. Thicken the lines at the positions of windows or doors, and label them as doors or windows.
Use squares to represent cabinets; draw as many rectangles as there are cabinets.
Q: If I give you the materials today, when can you deliver? My project is very urgent.
A: We usually deliver within 24 hours. If it's particularly urgent, we can discuss and confirm the timeline. For some projects, we can deliver within 2-4 hours.
There's also the issue of pricing that customers care about, which is not easy to answer directly. We need to communicate with the customer about the workload to determine the cost.
