Stainless Steel Rack Cart: Also known as a quick-freeze cart, freezing rack cart, stainless steel shelf cart, meat drying cart, thawing rack cart, or slow-thawing rack cart, this product is made of stainless steel and is primarily used in environments such as quick-freeze warehouses and thawing warehouses. Based on appearance, it can be divided into two types: single-row quick-freeze carts and double-row quick-freeze carts.

One of the models, measuring 1376*676*1628 mm (internal dimensions 1300*600*1628 mm), is suitable for trays with an upper inner diameter of 580*380 mm and a lower inner diameter of 550*350 mm, with a height of 160 mm. Customization is available according to customer requirements.

Quick-Freeze Rack Cart (1) Used with containers such as freezing trays and plastic baskets (dimensions and layer height customized based on the container).

(2) Upright legs: 38 mm square * 1.5 mm thick, stainless steel arm supports with nylon silent wheels, low-temperature resistant, two fixed and two swivel wheels, with brakes. (3) Slide rails made of 2.0 mm thick 304 stainless steel, with one end bent upward by 10 mm and the other end bent downward by 10 mm. (4) Accommodates ten layers of 600*400*100-120 mm trays, with two trays per layer. (5) Specifications: 850*700*1700 mm.

Thawing Rack Cart (1) Specifications: 1400*650*1690 mm, made of 304 stainless steel. (2) Base frame and upright columns: 38*38*1.5 mm, cross supports and tray supports: 38*25*1.5 mm, with eight square tubes per layer.

(3) Stainless steel arm supports with nylon wheels, two fixed and two swivel wheels.
