The FPD-VIS-300 is a fast optical probe designed for visualizing and measuring the temporal characteristics of laser beams within the spectral range of 320 nm to 1100 nm. It incorporates a silicon PIN photodiode, engineered to convert optical signals into electrical signals, which can then be measured using third-party instruments such as oscilloscopes or spectrum analyzers for measurement purposes. The FPD-VIS-300 has a rise time of 300 psec. It is powered by an internal battery that supplies the reverse bias voltage.
