Ceramic Pall Ring Packing

Ceramic Pall Ring packing is primarily manufactured using local clay, refractory kaolin, and other raw materials through a series of suitable production processes including raw material processing, ball milling, sieving, iron removal, vacuum pugging, molding, drying, and firing.
The Ceramic Pall Ring packing is an open-ring packing with equal height and diameter, developed based on the Ceramic Raschig Ring. Each layer has five tongue-shaped openings, with each tongue curved inward toward the center of the ring. The openings of the upper and lower layers are staggered opposite to each other, with the total open area accounting for approximately 30% of the ring wall surface. This structure improves gas-liquid distribution, fully utilizes the inner surface of the ring, and allows gas and liquid to flow freely through the openings in the packing tower. Ceramic Pall Ring packing exhibits excellent acid and heat resistance, capable of withstanding inorganic acids, organic acids, and solvents except hydrofluoric acid. It is suitable for high-temperature applications and has a wide range of uses, including drying towers, absorption towers, cooling towers, washing towers, and regeneration towers in industries such as chemical, metallurgy, gas, and antipruritic applications.
