Technical Process:This series of specialized products uses hard imported coconut shells or special wood charcoal as raw materials, produced through a dual physical and chemical activation process, and is refined through scientific post-treatment formulations to create a high-activity microcrystalline structure carrier-specific activated carbon.
Functional Characteristics:The product features strong activity, well-developed mesopores, high purity, low ionic ash content, stable chemical properties, short hydrogenation time, high product yield, and fast filtration speed.
Suitable Applications:Mainly used in the pharmaceutical industry, for doxycycline hydrochloride, catalyst carriers (palladium carbon, platinum carbon, ruthenium carbon, rhodium carbon, etc.), with content ranging from 5% to 15%, and also used as a catalyst carrier in acetylene-based synthesis of vinyl acetate, purification of precious and rare metals and gold via the carbon-in-pulp method, and purification of radioactive iodine (I2), xenon (Xe), krypton (Kr) contaminated gases in nuclear power plants.
